Storage of personal data
At Matters group we store personal data of the following categories:

Data can also include standpoints regarding corporate matters, such as who is for or against a certain proposal. |

Employee data | Information about employees, including contractors working close to Matters Group, under the same brand. also including work | Name, contact data, bank accounts, work hours, vacation, etc | Two years after the employee relation has ended. Safety regarding personal data
We store personal data in the cloud with trusted suppliers like dropbox and google. Consequently, we depend on the encryption and firewalls used by these organisations.
Data is also stored locally on the computers of key people in the organisation. These computers need to be password protected., and have appropriate firewalls installed.
Responsible for personal data
The CEO at Matters Group is responsible for how we manage and use personal data.
Rights of persons for whom we save data
If we have data for a you, you may:
- Request a summary of the data we have registered.
- Request to change or correct data that is incorrect, or have them erased.
- Request that data may only be used for certain purposes.
- Request to have their personal data delivered in digital format.
- Request not to receive direct marketing. This is done by emailing us at niclas.ihren@mattersgroup.se
Dissatisfaction or disputes
If someone is dissatisfied with how we manage their data, they are free to contact Matters Group on niclas.ihren@mattersgroup.se and we will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
